摘要
不断发展完善的企业战略管理理论证明了战略管理并非美丽的海市蜃楼,而是以理论和实践为依据的企业发展的指南针。与之相适应,战略模型的研究也获得了极大的发展,但大多数模型都偏重于从一个点出发,或立足于企业内部,或站在企业所处环境的角度来考虑战略规划问题,另外在整合内外部资源方面的分析也多是以企业为主导来考虑问题。本文借助营销中市场导向和用户导向的思维方式,构建了市场主导战略模型,来解决管理中的战略规划问题,对当前战略模型理论作一补充,并对其定量化做了一定的研究。
The developing strategic management theory has proved that strategic management is not the beautiful mirage but the compass of enterprise development on the basis of the theory and practice. In conformity with it, the research of the strategy model has gotten great development too. But most models focus on one part and analysize the strategy in combining inside and outside enterprise from the view of enterprise- driven. Considering the market - driven and user - driven ideas in marketing, this thesis structures the market- driven strategy model and does some application study to solve the strategic planning problem in management in order to supplement the strategic model in theory.
