摘要 本文介绍了逆向供应链的概念,以及逆向供应链的开始环节——废旧产品的收集。从消费者处收集废旧产品需要对消费者进行适当的经济激励,激励手段主要包括事前激励和事后激励两种。目前大多数废旧产品直接进入城市垃圾收运系统后,常常不能进入可有效重新利用废旧产品的逆向供应链。合理规划城市垃圾收运系统,有助于废旧产品进入逆向供应链。 This paper introduces the concept of reverse supply chain and the first part of the reverse supply chain——collection of the waste products. To collect the waste products from consumers, it needs to incent the consumers through economic ways. There are two economic ways, whrch are ex ante incentive and ex post incentive. At the present time, most waste products go in the domestic waste collection and transportation system, after that, they usually won't enter the reverse supply chain, which can effectively recover and recycle the waste products. Rational programming the domestic waste collection and transportation system can help the waste products enter the reverse supply chain.
