摘要
中美关系是当今及未来国际关系中极为敏感而又举足轻重的大国关系之一,处理好中美关系对促进亚太地区乃至世界的和平与发展都有着积极的意义。但当今中美关系的发展道路并不平坦,双方在经贸问题、反恐问题、人权及台湾问题等方面既存在着共同的利益,也有着明显的分岐。中美双方能否积极扩大合作,尽力缩小分歧,将直接影响到当今及未来中美关系的顺利发展。
Sino-American relations are among the most sensitive and momentous relations between major countries in international community. Healthy development of Sino-American relations is crucially significant in promoting the peace and development of Asian-Pacific region as well as the world. But Relations between these two countries are rather strained at present. In the issues concerning global framework, trade exchange, anti-terrorism, civil rights, and Taiwan problem, both sides share the mutual interests, but there exist much more considerable discrepancies. Whether both sides make efforts to promote co-operation and diminish discrepancies will exert a great impact on the development of the present and future Sino-American relations.
