摘要
结合某炼油厂催化车间的实际情况 ,对该装置的分馏系统、吸收 -稳定系统进行了技术改造。即通过对催化分馏塔增加重汽油抽出流程、分馏塔顶部油气分级冷凝工艺 ;对稳定塔增加轻汽油抽出流程、稳定塔底部再沸器增加重汽油抽出流程等技术措施 ,可实现轻重汽油的初步分离 ,达到降硫降烯烃的目的 ,有效地减少了额外增加汽油分馏塔所消耗的能量。
Fractionation system and absorption-stabilization system were reconstructed according to practical conditions in the refinery catalysis workshop. In other words, some measures, such as increasing heavy gasoline extraction flow of catalysis fractionation tower, multi-step condensation technique of oil vapor at the top of fractionation tower, increasing light gasoline extraction flow of stabilization tower, increasing heavy gasoline extraction flow by the stabilization of reboiler of bottom were applied. These can realize the basic separation of light-heavy gasoline and reduce the contents of sulphur and alkene. In addition, these measures can reduce the consumption of energy in the fractionation tower for the purpose of increasing the yield of gasoline.
