微波消解—FAAS测定污泥样品中的镉

Measurement of Cd in Sludge by Microwave Digestion-FAAS

采用微波消解—FAAS法测定污泥样品中的镉。研究了微波消解试样的最佳条件 ,与常压消解方法进行了对比实验 ,结果吻合。污泥中镉的检出限为 0 .0 1333mg/L ,样品测定的相对标准偏差 (N =6 )为 1.11%～ 2 .5 3% ,加标回收率为 97.8%～ 10 2 .3%。试验结果表明 ,该方法具有准确、快速、污染少的特点。

The Cd in sludge samples was measured by microwave digestion-FAAS. The optimum parameters for microwave digestion were studied. The results were compared with that determined by acid digestion at atmosphere, The two results were the same. The detecting limit of Cd in sludge samples was 0.013 33 mg/L, RSD obtained was in the range of 1.11 %～2.53 %, the recoveries found were between 97.8and 102.3 %. The characters of the method were accurate, rapid determination and little environmental pollution.
