摘要
报道了二极管泵浦的连续波1.34μmNd∶GdVO4激光器,采用简单、结构紧凑的平 凹腔设计,实现了稳定的连续波1.34μm激光输出,在泵浦功率为8W时,获得最大输出功率为2W,光 光转换效率为25%,斜效率达28%。
A diode-pumped continuous-wave Nd∶GdVO_4 laser at the wavelength of 1.34μm is reported.A very simple,compact plane-concave cavity was used.2W of output power at 1.34μm was achieved at incident pump power of 8W.The corresponding optical conversion efficiency of 25% and the average slop efficiency of 28% were obtained.
