Implementing the reform and re-organization of joint-stock system has been a main and effective form that enterprise runs vocational schools which is deviated from enterprise.Joint-stock system is an essential and necessary form of changing system of running schools from the aspects of the industralization of vocational education and the characteristics of compulsory education.The author explores and studies the conditions and bases that construct joint-stock system,the meaning of implementing joint-stock system in school,the management pattern and its purpose,the target and the policies of joint-stock system in school.
