摘要 内隐学习具有自动产生、无意识性、高选择力、高潜力、高密度储存和抗干扰性,对于个体的技能形成具有重要作用。在职业教育领域中的技能、控制学习领域,尤其是在环境多变和紧张应激条件下,内隐学习比外显学习更有利于技能的获得和保持,通过内隐学习获得的知识具有远距离迁移的特征。 Implicit study with the characteristics of automatization,unconsciousness,high selective force,high potention,high density store and anti-disturbance plays an important role to the form of the individual skill.Implicit study can gain and maintain the skill better than explicit study under the circumstance of the skill and control learning field of vocational education,especially under the condition of changeable environment and nervous response.The knowledge acquired by implicit study has the characteristics of long-distance migration.
