A Development Strategy for the Ports Modern Logistics

基于对WTO报告分析,强调了发展现代物流特别是发展港口现代物流在我国经济建设和社会发展中的重要地位与作用;针对制约港口现代物流发展的诸多因素,从科学发展观出发,以上海国际物流中心建设为重点,提出了“综合环境的营造与优化”、“加快装卸服务型港口向物流服务型港口转移”、“拓展国内外战略联盟”等发展现代港口物流的策略。

Based on an analysis of WTO reports, this paper stresses the vital role of modem logistics, especially port logistics, in China' s social and economic development. Considering the restrictions on port logistics and focusing on building Shanghai into an international logistics center, this paper recommends strategies for promoting modern port logistics, such as creating and optimizing the comprehensive environment, changing from a cargo - handing port to a service port and expanding strategic alliances at home and abroad.
