健儿宝合剂治疗小儿反复发作呼吸道感染40例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jianerbao Mixture for Treatment of 40 Cases of Children Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:观察健儿宝合剂治疗小儿反复发作呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:80例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组服健儿宝合剂,对照组肌肉注射免疫球蛋白,1个月为1个疗程,均治疗3个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率55%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后发病次数明显低于对照组;治疗组治疗后血红蛋白(Hb)、免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA)、发锌、发钙、发铁明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:健儿宝具有增强机体免疫力的功能,治疗反复呼吸道感染有明显的疗效。

To observe clinical therapeutic effect of Jianerbao Mixture on children recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods: 80 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated by Jianerbao Mixture and the control group by intramuscular injection of immunoglohulin for 3 therapeutic course, one month constituting one course. Results: The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 55% in the control group, the treatment group being superior to the control group(P<0.01 ); After treatment the times of attack in the treatment group were less than those in the control group, and hemoglobin and immunoglobulin (IgG,IgA) levels, and zinc, calcium and iron contents in the hair were significantly higher than those in the control group with significant differences (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conelusion: Jianerbao Mixture can strengthen immunologic functions of the organism and has an obvious therapeutic effect on recurrent respiratory tract infection.
