摘要
采用带自调整因子的模糊控制策略和最小-乘积法模糊推理控制规则,提出一种刀具系统在线平衡模糊控制方法。该方法具有响应快,超调小,鲁棒性强等特点。提高了工作效率和控制精度。通过计算机仿真表明在高转速下该方法的正确性和有效性。
The fuzzy controller is designed for controlling the online balance of cutter system,by means of the tunable factor within whole-normalized universe and the MIN-PROC strategy. The controller presents many advantages over the conventional control in terms of real time feasibility, robustness and stability, and improve the effection and accuracy. The result of simulation show the way is correct and effective.
