摘要
以行星减速器的鼓形齿式联轴器为例,在考虑接触应力、剪切应力、轮齿挤压应力和弯曲应力及相应强度为随机变量并对联轴器参数设计产生影响的基础上,同时考虑滑动速度、重合度、侧隙等其他诸多因素,给出了一定可靠度下的可靠性优化设计模型。实例结果表明,本模型是可行的。
Sets up crowned teeth coupling reliability optimization design model. Shearing strength, teeth pressing stress, flexural stress and their strength are regarded as random variable. They have effect on coupling design along with slide velocity, contact ratio, backlash. The example testifies this model is feasible.
