摘要
中学教师参加继续教育的动因能否由外在压力转化为内在需求是中学教师继续教育能否保持永久生命力的关键。而这一转化的实现取决于中学教师对继续教育的偏好程度、支付能力及投资收益率等因素。因此 ,政府部门须确保并增加继续教育经费的投入 ,在教师这一行业切实引进市场机制 。
Whether the reasons for middle school teachers' continuing education can be turned from the outside pressure into inside demand is the key for the forever livelihood of the education. But this turn depends on factors such as: teachers' preference for continuing education, ability of payment and profit of investment. So the problem can be solved by more investment by government in continuing education, introducing market mechanism, setting up evaluation system in quality education and exploring all kinds of modes of continuing education.
