The adult education in countryside is fundamental to increase farmers' income in and out of agriculture, and to increase farmers' total income. In order to reinforce the adult education in countryside, improving our understanding is the prerequisite, increasing investment is the basis, deepening system reform is the motive, reinforcing teachers' team is the key, and strengthening supervision is the guarantee.
