The effect of P. E. on students' psychological quality is mainly embodied in five aspects: to enhance the sense of accomplishment, to understand themselves better and bring their potential abilities into full play, to confirm their pursuit for causes, to face setbacks and failures correctly, and to cultivate spirit of interpersonal communication and cooperation.
