How to Cultivate Teachers Capable of Bringing Forth New Ideas?

随着我国加入WTO及“创新教育世纪”的到来,我国需要大量的创新型教师,而现行的师范教育体系和现有的中、小学教师素质远不能适应素质教育及经济全球一体化的挑战,必须在教师的职前教育和职后教育中进行起点高、立意新力度大的全面改革及创新,本文从四个方面进行了探讨。

With the entrance of WTO and the new century of creative education,there is agreat demand of creative teachers. However, the current system of teacher education and the quality of teachers in middle and primary schools could hardly meet the challenge.So an all-around reform should be carried out in the teacher education mcluding pre-job and post-job training. This paper tries to discuss it from four aspects.
