为适应新形势发展的需要 ,就如何最大限度地发挥高校资料室的不可替代的作用 ,开展深层次的情报资料服务工作和文献研究工作 ,更好地为高校教育改革和教育科研服务 ,提出了几点看法。

The role of reference rooms in colleges is no doubt unreplacable. Therefore, research work about better administration of the resources in reference rooms will result in better reform of teaching and scientific research.
