摘要
在以活蛹经皮接种为对照的示波滴定电位法测僵蚕(蛹)的抗惊有效成分含量实验中,接种死蛹生成的白僵蛹草酸铵含量最低,差异达显著水平;而经皮接种活蛹生成的白僵蛹与经皮接种幼虫生成的僵蚕草酸铵含量相似,差异不显著;穿刺活蛹生成的白僵蛹草酸铵含量最高,差异显著。白僵蛹与白僵蚕草酸铵含量的相似决定了它们疗效的相似,因此自僵蛹可以代替白僵蚕使用。接种死蛹与活蛹生成的白僵蛹草酸铵含量虽有较大差异,但并未达极显著水平。
Content of (NH_4)_2C_2O_4 in the white muscardine silkworm (Bombyx mori) is mensurated primely by oscilloscopic potentiometric titration, being independent of colour and turbidity. It were similial between white muscardine pupa and white muscardine larvae. Though there were difference in content of active component of white muscardine pupa for anticonvulsion between same strain to living pupa and to dead pupa, It were not obviously different very much.
