高校体育贯彻“健康第一”思想之我见

On the Implementation of the Idea of "Health first" in Higher School Physical Education

阐述了健康和“健康第一”思想的涵义,指出我国高校体育与健康教育存在的主要问题,阐述了高校体育教育应从转变思想观念、提高教师队伍的整体素质、改革教材体系、紧密结合体育与健康教育和改革考核制度等方面贯彻“健康第一”的指导思想。

Through the description of health and the thought of 'health first', this article discusses the present situation of higher school physical education and health education in our country, and puts forward the idea of how to implement the guiding thought of 'health first' in higher school physical education. On the basis of that, it mainly focuses on the analysis of how to adopt new thoughts and ideas, enhance the general quality of teaching facalty, reform teaching material system, closely combine physical education and health education, and reform the evaluation and test system, etc.
