高校体育专选课教学中的逆反心理之我见

目前高校体育课改革——学生专选专项体育课正在进行,体育专选课教学中学生逆反心理的潜流汹涌不息。筑堤拦截只能是枉费心力,而疏导工程又何以着手?通过对高校体育专选课中产生的逆反心理进行研究,分析其产生的原因及基础,使学生在体育专选课教学中产生的逆反心理有个正确的认识,以便因势利导,这对学生尽快掌握运动技能,提高教学质量都具有重要的意义。

Nowadays the reformation of PE in universities—the specialized PE course for students, is continuing. In this course the inversion psychology is surging. It is in vain if just blocking it. But how to remove the obstructions? This article has a right understanding about this feeling in specialized training course and it is important to improve the quality of PE.
