The paper proposes several viewpoints through the introduction to the design of catchment of civil air defense basement, the understading of design norm, the function and usage that carry out the anti virus and defending to explode a ground to leak, the gateway decontamination, the water in storage, the design of fire fight and the piping to wear in air defense basement.
