摘要
目的 :分析化妆品致眼损伤的临床特点及处理。方法 :对 1997年 1月 2 0 0 3年 12月收治的化妆品致眼损伤的 3 4例 65眼进行回顾性分析。结果 :急性者 2 4例 45眼全部治愈 ,慢性者 10例 2 0眼治愈 8例 16眼 ,总治愈率 93 .85 % ,好转 2例 4眼 ,占 6.15 %。结论 :化妆品致眼损伤是眼的化学伤、物理伤、过敏反应及感染。早期治疗 。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and treatment of eye injury caused by cosmetics. Methods Thirty-four cases (sixty-five eyes) treated from January 1997 to December 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Acute twenty-four cases (forty-five eyes) were all cured. Eight chronic cases (sixteen eyes) were cured. Total cure rate was 93.85%. Two cases (four eyes) ( 6.15%)were improved. Conclusion Eye injury by cosmetics causes chemical and the physical injuries, allergy and infection to eyes. Earlier treatment can achieve a good result.
