摘要
本研究对基于光阻法原理的微粒检测中光电脉冲做了较为细致的理论分析和实验验证。通过对光电脉冲幅度的实验研究 ,验证了光阻法理论公式在实际应用中的理论指导作用 ,并指出光电脉冲的宽度特性是一项重要的辅助检测指标 ,同时文章最后给出了光电脉冲的理想波形。
A detailed theoretic analyses and experimental validation is done to the photovoltaic pulse, when the particulate count according to the light-blocking elements is being operated. The theoretic guidance in the application of the light-blocking elements is validated through the experimental researching to the electrical extend of the photovoltaic pulse. The temporal extension of the pulse is indicated to be an important accessorial parameter in the particulate count. And the perfect wave form was figured out in the last part of this paper.
