摘要
以铁路列车第一次提速涉及到的5个铁路局1994年—2002年的资料作为样本,对这5个样本铁路局在列车提速前后的经济效益变动情况及其影响因素进行实证分析。研究表明,列车提速后,样本铁路局的经济效益发生了显著变化,并且铁路运输收入和运输支出对成本费用利润率的影响程度在变小。因此,铁路运输企业在提高客货周转量的同时,应努力提高产品的收入率和扩大融资渠道,降低铁路建设成本。
Taking the data samples between year 1994 to 2002 from those fiverailway administrations who were involved in the first speed-increasing project,the paper carries out a practical analysis on the differences of economical benefitof these five railway administrations before and after the speed-increasing as wellas on their effecting factors. The study shows that after launching train speed-increasing project, remarkable changes took place to the economical benefit ofthe sampled railway administrations and that the effect of railway transportincome and transport outcome to cost profitability is weakening. Therefore, thepaper suggests while the railway transport enterprises are trying to increase thevolume of passenger and freight, they also should try to improve the income rateof product, expand the financing channels and lower the construction cost ofrailway.
