摘要
在运输能力约束条件下,研究旅客选择交通方式模型和铁路旅客票价的经济效益,提出双层规划模型来描述铁路旅客票价的合理制定问题。鉴于双层规划的非凸性,又提出了基于混沌优化方法的启发式算法,并通过算例来说明模型及算法的应用。
Under the constrain of transport capacity, thispaper studies the model of passenger in choosing trafficmeans and the economical benefit of railway passengerticket price. It then proposes a bi-level programming modelto describe the issue of well fixing passenger-ticket price.Due to the non-convexity of the bi-level programming, aheuristic algorithm based on chaos method is developed.The paper also illustrates the model and its application withan example of calculation.
