On the Arrangement of the Land and the View of Scientific Development

本文分析了中国土地整理背景,阐述了导致中国土地整理若干理念有悖科学的发展观,并通过案例,提出了“坚持科学发展观,确立正确的土地整理观”的基本思路。

Through analyzing the background of arranging the land of China,this paper explains the reasons why several ideas of arranging the land contrary to the scientific development view.And through the case,this paper puts forward basic train of thought of establishing the scientific development view and establishing the correct view of arranging the land.
