The occurrence of students' differences in their learning abilities and levels of knowledge is a natural trend of individual development.Probing into the individual differences in learning ability of EFL students involves the following:1)understanding and grasping each individual student's differences in English study;2)analyzing the cause of producing the differences;3) studying how to consider individual differences in the teaching process,so that each student's English level can get sufficient improvement from the starting point.
