我国女子三级跳远主要技术问题的运动学研究

Kinematic Study of the Technical Problems in the Women's Triple Jump of China

运用生物力学分析,数理统计,调查访问,文献资料等方法,对我国女子三级跳远运动员运动技术所存在的主要问题进行了分析。结果显示,第二跳摆动腿"虚摆"明显,技术过程速度利用率低,三跳节奏较差等,是影响该项目运动技术水平进一步提高的主要制约因素。

Using the biomechanic analytic approach,the statistic mathmatics and physics,investigation and documents,this article analyses the technical problem in the women's triple jump of China.It has been shown that.the lead leg swings faintly in the step and the body does not make good use of the speed during the technological course.What's more,the rhythm of the hop,step,and jump is not very harmonious.All these factors restrict further technical improvement of this event.
