摘要
文中介绍基于VXI总线的电台的自动测试系统的设计与实现。详细论述了自动测试系统的硬件、软件和故障诊断设计。该系统具有操作简单、测试精度高、可靠性强,可扩展性好等特点。
The design and realization of automatic test system based on VXIbus for radio are introduced in this paper.The de- sign of hardware,software and fault diagnoses are discussed in detail.The system has advantages of simple operation,high precision, strong reliability and good expansibility etc.
