The Circuit for Testing Current Ionization Chamber Based on ΔΣADC

文中介绍利用电流输入型的20位Δ∑ADC测量电离室pA级电离电流的实用电路,分析ADC芯片的结构特点,提出利用精简指令集PIC单片机进行测量控制的软硬件方案,还介绍ADC高精度参考电压电路,以及与主机通信的CAN总线的接口设计。电路实际测量的结果满足设计要求。

In this paper,a new kind circuit for testing current of the ionization chamber is introcluced.This circuit using ΔΣ ADC and RISC MCU(PIC)to get precise result.In this paper,the structure of ADC and design of CAN net are analysed too.The result of the experiment is fit the design aim well.
