摘要
为实现普通数字万用表在线测电阻电容和电感,运用电隔离原理,设计出电阻在线测量电路和电感/电容及电容/电压转换电路,同时给出电容和电感的测量范围。
In order to use digital multimeter to measure resistance capacity and inductance on-line.In this paper,circuits of measuring resistance on-line is designed and converting inductance/capacity and capacity/voltage by applying the theory of electric iso- lation.The range of inductance/capacity's measurement is presented.
