摘要
通过实践调研和理论论证认为,在新时期大学高水平运动队必须从"需要"、"特色"、"机制"上入手,走"有作 为"、"有特色"、"有发展"之路,才能逐步实现办大学高水平运动队的预期目标。
With practical investigation and theoretical analysis, the concludes that university sports teams should set out to tackle such issues as 'needs' , 'characteristics', and 'mechanism' , and should follow a 'selective, characteristic, and foreseeing' road, so that the target can be achieved to develop themselves gradually into high-level teams.
