摘要
企业管理的核心是人力资源管理。它关系到组织的维系与发展,然而在组织中角色冲突是无法避免的。如何有效解决角色冲突,推动组织合理化运营,是人力资源管理中的重要问题。人力资源管理的逻辑起点是管理对象的人所进行的基本假设。即企业所塑造的企业人力的基本看法和理念。
Human resources management is essential to the running of enterprises, and it is closely related to the maintenance and development of the administration. Yet, role conflict has always been an inevitable existence in the administration, and it is of vital importance in human resources management whether we can solve this conflict and achieve rationalized functioning of the administration. The logical starting point of human resources management should be set on the basic hypothesis of the targeted personnel under management, namely the basic views and notions of the human resources that enterprises means to mold.
