高校图书馆实施文化素质教育，是时代的要求和必然趋势。“课堂型教育——环境熏陶——宣传引导”三位一体是高校图书馆实施文化素质教育的实践模式。为了保障该模式的顺利实施，必须树立使命感和新的服务育人理念，提高馆员的文化素质，建立良好的运行机制。

It is in accordance with the requirement of time to carry out quality education in libraries in colleges and universities. Quality education in libraries should follow a trinity pattern:classroom teaching-environment cultivation-publicizing campaign. In order to guarantee thesmooth implementation of this pattern, we are obliged to foster a sense of duty and a notion ready to serve and instruct people. Meanwhile, we should try to improve the qualities of the library staff and establish a good working mechanism.
