On the Loss of State Assets in the System Reform of State Enterprises

本文针对企业改制中国有资产流失的主要表现形式，分析造成国有资产流失的主要原因，提出了防止企业改制中国有资产流失的措施对策。

In view of main forms of the loss of state assets in the system reform of state enterprises, this paper analyses the main reasons for the loss and works out some ways to prevent it.
