皮氏叶螨生物学特性观察及5种药剂毒力测定 被引量:5

摘要 观察了6个温度条件及9种寄主植物对皮氏叶螨发育及繁殖的影响,并进行了5种药剂对此螨的毒力测定.结果表明:24~32℃为皮氏叶螨发育、存活和产卵的最适合温度,番木瓜为皮氏叶螨的最适宜寄主,其次为香蕉和番荔枝.香蕉品种间比较,巴西蕉和贡蕉分别为皮氏叶螨的最适和最不适宜的芭蕉属寄主.5种农药对皮氏叶螨雌成螨的毒力大小顺序为阿维菌素>阿维·氯>哒螨灵>果好迈>辛硫磷,其LC50分别为0.058 6,0.441 5,34.681 7,35.026 8和96.101 7 μg/mL. The influences of six different constant temperatures and nine host plants on development and reproduction of the mite Tetranychus piercei McGregor were investigated under laboratory conditions. The toxicities of five insecticides to the mite were also tested in the laboratory. The results of observation on the bionomics of the mite indicated that 24-32 ℃ was the most suitable temperature range,and that papaya was the most suitable host plant for the development and reproduction of the mite followed by cherimoya and banana. Baxi Jiao (Brazilian variety, AAA) and Gong Jiao (AA) were the most suitable and the most unsuitable banana varieties respectively for the development and reproduction of the mite. The results of toxicity determination showed that the toxicities of 5 insecticides to the mite were arranged in the increasing order of abamectin > abamectin + cypermethrin > pyridaben > guohaimai > phoxim. The LC50 of the tested insecticides were 0.058 6, 0.441 5, 34.681 7, 35.026 8 and 96.101 7 mg/mL respectively.
