部分在日华人的犯罪问题分析

Discussing on the Problem of a Part of Chinese Crime in Japan

自上世纪90年代以来,随着在日华人数目的不断激增,华人在日本国内犯罪的比率也一路攀升,且涉及范围越来越广,作案手法也越来越残忍。导致华人犯罪率提升的原因是多方面的,其引起的后果也相当深远。两国政府显然都已认识到问题的严重性,加强了双边措施与合作打击的力度。总体来说,解决这一问题的前景还是值得乐观的。毕竟,中日友好合作始终是两国关系的主流。

Since the 90's of last century,the ratio of the Chinese crime in Japan's total crime records has been increasing dramatically,at the same time,its range and manner also become more and more extensive and bloody respectively.There are many reasons lead to the increase of the crime of Chinese,and its influence is also great.Both governments of China and Japan have noticed the ponderance of this problem and strengthen their cooperation.Generally,the foreground that resolve this problem is optimistic.After all,the cooperation between China and Japan is mainstream of the two countries's relationship.
