绞吸式挖泥船监控系统的改造研究

针对目前国内绞吸式挖泥船自动化水平较低的情况,提出了一种基于Controller link网络的绞吸式 挖泥船监控系统。该系统以Omron公司C200HE型可编程序控制器为处理核心,通过Controller link实现与上位监 控计算机之间的通信,完成现场数据的采集、显示、管理以及对挖泥作业的自动控制。

<abstract> view of lower automation level of cutter-suction dredger in China, the article introduces a monitoring system of cutter suction dredger based on controller link networks. With Type C200HE programmable program controller of Omron as its processing core, the system realizes communication with high-position monitoring computer by controller link, carries out collection, display and management of field database and automatic control of dredging operation.
