氩激光治疗周边视网膜裂孔

摘要 目的 探讨氩激光治疗周边视网膜裂孔的疗效。方法 三面镜详细检查眼底以发现裂孔 ,氩激光光凝裂孔周围或裂孔后缘至裂孔封闭。结果 激光治疗周边视网膜裂孔 4 0眼 ,其中干性裂孔 2 5眼 ,伴有视网膜下液的 15眼。随访 3- 2 1个月 ,干性裂孔全部封闭 ,伴有视网膜下液的 15眼中 13眼治愈 ,2眼无效。治疗中及治疗后无明显并发症及不良反应。结论 氩激光治疗周边视网膜裂孔是疗效显著、操作间便、并发症少的治疗方法 ,三面镜详细检查眼底与治疗时机密切相关。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of argon laser photocoagulation treatment for peripheral retinal breaks.Methods 40 eyes were treated by argon laser photocoagulation and each ocular fundus was examined carefully by three-mirror contact lens before laser therapy.Two or more rows of argon laser burns were applied around or behind the posterior rim of breaks or the detached retina.As the area of the detached retina became smaller,consecutive photocoagulation was given closer to the edge of the break and finally to seal the break.Results The post-treatment follow-up ranged from 3 to 21 months.Among them,38 eyes were cured without any severe complication,and 2 eyes were invalidate.Conclusion Laser photocoagulation is an effective method to treat both peripheral retinal breaks and some limited rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Three-mirror contact lens examination is very important before treatment.
