北京和巴黎是东西方最具代表性的文化古城,二者具有相似的历史背景,都面临着旧城更新与保护问题。巴黎是目前世界上公认的发展与保护得较好的城市之一,本文通过两个城市总体规划布局、轴线组织、城市轮廓线保护、街道格局改造几方面的比较和研究,希望能对北京保护城市传统空间形态和营造新的城市面貌提供一定的启示和借鉴。

Beijing and Paris are the mostrepresentative cultural and oldest cities of eastern andwestern world. They have similar historicalbackground and are facing the problem of renovationand conservation. At present, Paris is one of the gooddevelopment and conservation cities in the world.This thesis compares with the whole arrangement,axes organization, contour line conservation, streetpattern reconstruction, and so on, hoping give somesuggestion and reference to preserve the traditionalspace arrangement and construct the new style andfeatures of Beijing.
