巴黎塞纳河左岸地区改造规划与建设

Paris: Reconversion of Left Bank

为平衡巴黎城市东西部的发展,自20世纪80年代,巴黎市政府就开始了东部塞纳河左岸地区的发展战略研究,经过多年的规划研究和设计竞赛,于1990年始,针对塞纳河左岸地区130公顷的铁路、仓储与工业闲置用地,进行了有步骤的整体改造建设,目标是形成一处文化、教育、办公、居住等多功能融合的富有吸引力和活力的综合片区。而这样大的改造规模,特别是涉及到城市基础设施的改造和建设,在巴黎城区(环线以内)是比较罕见的,也使这片“巴黎目前最大的建筑工地”备受各方瞩目。

Since 1980s, the Paris City Council andAPUR(the City Planning Office) began the researchfor the reconversion of the left bank. This workreflects the strategy to redevelop the east part of Paris,has been undertaken over 10 years. From 1990, thestrategy began to break, aimed at a new businessdistrict, a residential area, plus a complete overhauland a traffic pole. Now it is the biggest building sitein French.
