This article introduces the straegy and themethod of real estate management of Paris PublicTransportation Company. The core is organizing landresources and managing real estate by the way ofmarket. The objective is to improve the transportationestablishment, to ameliorate the housing condition ofemployees and to enhance public service facilities.The main methods are combining land, selling landand permit of construction together, organizing designcompetition and improving technological level.
