非增殖细菌耐药与新抗菌药物的筛选

摘要 非增殖状态下细菌对已知抗菌药物的高度耐受性 ,是细菌的普遍特征。研究非增殖细菌对抗菌药物的耐受机制 ,有助于寻找筛选新抗菌药物的有效靶标。
