摘要
含碳0.08~0.20%的碳素钢,由于包晶反应,具有在凝固点附近体积收缩率大的特征,连铸此类钢时,极易由于收缩不均产生表面纵裂,影响了钢的质量,严重时甚至造成漏钢事故,打乱生产节奏。本文就此类钢连铸产生纵裂的原因、影响及如何防止或减少纵裂的产生,进行了剖析.
Carbon(0.08~0.20%)steel features high volume shrinkage ratio near solidification point, due to peritectoid reaction. So this kind of steel are liable to emerge surface longitudinal crack due to non-uniform shrinkage, during continuous casting. as a result, the crack will deteriorate slab quality seriously, it will cause breakout event and disturb production schedule. This paper analyses the cause of emerging longitudinal crack, then describes its harm as well the measures to prevent or decrease them.
