摘要
本文针对炼钢工业中广泛采用的钢包底吹氩搅拌工艺,定性描述和定量研究了钢包卷渣现象的过程和机理,推导出了发生卷渣现象的临界界面流速和破碎颗粒的大小,为在实际生产中严格控制吹氩制度打下了理论基础。
The present paper qualitatively described and quantitavely studied the process and mechanism of slag-entrainment occurring in the ladle in bottom Ar-blowing process,which has been widely applied in the steelmaking industry,and deduced the critical flow rate and size of broken drops,thus laying a theoretical foundation for establishing the strictly controlled Ar-bubbling procedure in the commercial production.
