摘要
通过对ANS-OB钢水处理的连注坯材进行宏观、微观及性能检验,质量跟踪和调查研究结果表明:ANSOB工艺与非OB相比,连注板坯钢板质量与性能未产生明显影响,其产品质量与性能均好。
Micro/Macro analysis and examination, tracing and investigation have been conducted on the quality and performance of the concast slabs produced in ANS-OB ladle refining furnace. Results show that ANS-OB process has little apparent impact on the quality and performance of the concast slabs in comparison with the previous OB process. Products produced with the slabs show excellent quality and performance.
