城区核心竞争力的形成机制及其营造策略

On the Mechanism of Formation and Materialization of Core Competence of Urban District and Its Nurturing Strategies

在分析城区核心竞争力的特点及内涵的基础上 ,从三个方面论述了城区核心竞争力的形成机制 :一是城区核心竞争力与城市综合竞争力的关系 ;二是城市功能空间定位与城区核心竞争力的关系 ;三是城市产业结构与城区核心竞争力的关系。最后 ,有针对性地提出了城区核心竞争力的营造策略 :根据城市性质定位城区核心竞争力 ;通过功能强化提升城区核心竞争力 ;通过产业集聚营造城区核心竞争力 ;借助重大项目营造城区核心竞争力 ;通过制度创新营造城区核心竞争力。

On the basis of both the characteristics and intension of core competence of urban district, the authors try to form theories on the formation and materialization of core competence of urban districts from the angles of relationship between urban district core competence and urban comprehensive competitiveness, spatial positioning of urban functions, and urban industrial structure. With all this in view, a package of strategies has been provided for nurturing urban district core competence,that is to increase urban district core competence by function intensification, industrial agglomeration, institutional renovation and key construction projects.
