用液态下铸法生产外沸内镇钢工艺的研究

STUDY ON BOTTOM POURING PROCESSS FOR PRODUCING MOLTEN ALUMINIUM RIM--KILLED STEEL

本文系统介绍了武钢第一炼钢厂利用引进的溶铝、喷射设备,成功地开发出外沸内镇钢下注工艺,几年来在提高成坯率、扩大品种和设备国产化诸方面进行了多种工作并解剖了钢锭,目前该钢种已用于镀锌、镀锡板的生产,在用于汽车部件、旋开盖和易拉罐等试验中,已取得良好效果。

The present paper describes in detail the successful development in the bottom pouring process for production of the molten aluminium rim-killed steel using the imported aluminium melting and injecting equipments at No.1 Steel Plant WISCO. In recent years efforts have been made to raise the yield of qualified ingot, expand product variety, and make extensive use of home-made equipments as well as dissect specimen of the ingot produccts by this method. At present this grade of steel has been used for galvanized sheets and tinned plates, and very desirable results have been achieved in trial making of automobile parts, bottle covers and easy-open can.
