摘要
全连铸生产是一项复杂的系统工程,安排各工序间的衔接需进行计算。应用数理分析法中网络学的知识进行全连铸各工序的生产能力核定和平衡,成功地对上钢三厂转炉分厂的全连铸生产的物流量进行了验证,从中找到制约生产能力的关键工序是化铁。为今后进一步提高全连铸生产的科学物流管理、建立优化模型提供了有益参数,为未来的发展指出了方向。
100% continuous casting operation is a rather complicated system engineering, in which the mate- rial flow in each and every operating process needs to be linked up through calcuation. The material flow rate in 100% concasting at the converter plant of Shanghai No. 3 Steel Works has been success- fully verified and the critical operathing process governing the productivity of the Plant found out by checking, ratifying and balancing the productivity of each operating process in 100% concasting using the method of network analysis. Very effective parameters for improvement in scienfific material flow control and setup of an optimum model have been obtainde. Orientation to the further development of the plant is clearly understood.
