摘要
本文介绍连铸连续锻压和低过热度浇铸、二次强冷两种新技术的原理、方法、工艺参数及工业试验结果。前者是在铸坯最后凝固部位施加机械能,排除浓化钢液,破坏粒状晶的成长;后者是在浇铸水口中冷掉大部分钢水过热温度和对铸坯进行强冷的浇铸技术。两者都能做到改善中心偏析、增加等轴晶等提高铸坯质量的效果。
Principle, methods, processing parameters and industrial experimental results are described of two continuous casting techniques--the continuous forging process and the process of low superheat cast- ing with secondary forced cooling. The former is aimed at imposing certain mechanical energy upon the finally solidified portion of the cast strand to remove the thickened liquid steel and disrupt the growth of columnar grains and the latter is to cool down the utmost superheat of the liquid steel in the casting nozzle and then implement forced cooling upon the cast strand. Both of the methods will im- prove the central segregation, increase equiaxial grains and enhance slab quality.
